Manager Business Development

Your main tasks:

-Develop and maintain customer portfolio

-Establishing new relations, definition of new, target clients

-Retention management by existing customers

-Frequented visiting clients and build up or extend cooperation

-Generating turnover and profit growth

We expect:

-Commercial/professional education in logistics and a minimum of 2 years working experience in freight forwarding (sales)

-Communicative, goal- and service-oriented personality

-Strong value of commercial thinking, sales orientation and good negotation skills

-Fluent English skills are good, German skills are a "nice to have"

-Positive, open-minded for learning new things

-Motivating attitude and a self-structured, organised way of working

-Outstanding and long term plannings

-Ability to work in a young and motivated team by reaching common goals

-Good IT skills
